At times, ValueTech may conduct user surveys that consumers will opt whether or not to participate. These surveys are geared to gather information in order to help evolve our business model to better serve ValueTech customers and vendors. ValueTech makes every effort both technologically and ethically to protect personal information against ill will. At no time do we sell any personal information, but we may share that information with Business Partners. In this instance, the gathered demographic information is used only in aggregate form and remains entirely anonymous. At times, ValueTech may request consumers' participation in surveys with express permission to contact them of future updates, specials, changes, etc. Again, this level of participation is completely optional. The consumer will be fully informed and aware if they are participating to this degree.
