You have the option to prepay for a full year or pay quarterly. Our service agreement starts starts at $600/year or 25% of the
retail purchase price of the software on an annualized basis, whichever is greater. Our customers have the option to pay for the entire year up front or pay for the service agreement on a quarterly basis.
