Corey R. Smith has 13 years of experience in Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Mr. Smith has been a leader in business startups,
acquisitions and private placement funding for the past 10 years. Much of that experience was gained in the
high-tech services industry. Currently Mr. Smith is the co-owner and Senior Partner of the Central Texas based ValueTech Software.
Founded in 2002, ValueTech is a rapidly growing software development company which develops high end report building software tools
for commercial real estate appraisers. ValueTech’s current market is the continental United States and Canada. Smith offers extensive knowledge in business
development, marketing, technology and sales for this rapidly growing business.
Prior to ValueTech, Mr. Smith was the co-founder of Flood Zones, Inc. in 1992, where he served as Vice President, developing all internal computer software
programs, network infrastructure, as well as building the technical, customer service, and order entry departments. He assisted in growing the business from
$0 - $10,000,000 in annual revenue within four years. Mr. Smith is also accredited as the inventor of the Flood
WareTM program, an automated flood certification
database utilizing latitude and longitude information to “digitize” the FEMA flood maps across the entire United States. Due to the rapid growth of the
business and the success of the Flood
WareTM program, Flood Zones was acquired by Trans Union Corporation in 1995. Today, FloodWare
TM is still considered
one of the top flood certification programs in the industry.
Following Trans Union's acquisition of Flood Zones in 1995, Mr. Smith went on to pursue other business investments and served on several boards in the Austin area.
In 1998, Mr. Smith joined NexGen Solutions as Chief Operations Officer, where he was directly responsible for product development and customer satisfaction,
leveraging the technology, operations, and sales departments. Accomplishments included developing and maintaining sales organization tools, customer retention
programs, and automated order tracking, which directly resulted in increased sales efficiencies and lowered customer acquisition costs. Mr. Smith assisted in
growing the annual revenues from $700,000 - $5,000,000 within one year. In 2002, Mr. Smith left NexGen Solutions to pursue a unique opportunity in the commercial real
estate appraisal industry.

Matthew P. Veitch - Founder & Senior Partner
Mr. Veitch has been a leader in business startups and private placement funding for the past 6 years. Veitch offers leadership and creativity in Sales, Marketing, and
Project Development for this rapidly growing business.
Prior to ValueTech, Mr. Veitch was the Director of Sales for NexGen Solutions where he was directly responsible for overseeing a Sales Department of 50+ telemarketing sales
representatives. Mr. Veitch was also a major contributor in developing in-house sales organization tools, order entry and delivery systems. His accomplishments included developing
the sales and marketing packages, the company rate card, and all employee hiring within the Sales Department.
Mr. Veitch assisted in growing the annual revenues from $700,000 - $5,000,000 within one year. He was directly responsible for increasing revenues exponentially from month-to-month.
In 2002, Mr. Veitch left NexGen Solutions to pursue a unique opportunity in the commercial real estate appraisal industry.
