We have created Field Note forms for your use out in the field during data collection. Each form is designed to match the Comparable Sale and Comparable Lease records in the Report Builder 2005 program.

The Field Notes are formated for printing and are intended for use in the field. The data collected in the field would then need to be transcribed into the Report Builder 2005 comps database. Below are the forms included in the Field Notes file.
